Legends: Arceus level caps
A level cap is the level of the opponent’s strongest Pokémon. In a Hardcore Nuzlocke, no Pokémon in your party may be above the cap when the battle starts.
The biggest jump in the main story is +12 levels, from Kleavor (Lv 18) to Lilligant (Lv 30). Plan your training before it.
